Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state of residence and you give us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this Site. Subject to and conditioned on your continued compliance with these Terms and all other terms and conditions that we may provide to you from time to time, Eiotclub grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and display on your personal computer or mobile device for your own use, but not copy or transfer or broadcast or otherwise use in any way, the Site Content found at this Site for your personal, non-commercial, and educational use only. You further agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the Site.

Nothing on the Site or in these Terms of Service grants, expressly or implicitly, by estoppel or otherwise, any right or license to use any Site Content or other materials of any third party or may be construed to mean that Eiotclub has the authority to grant any license on behalf of any third party.
Eiotclub trademarks, including its name, logo, all page headers, graphics, images, symbols, trade names, and other marks found at the Site are the proprietary property of Eiotclub or its affiliates (collectively the “Marks”). Use of the Marks is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of us. YOU MANY NOT USE THE MARKS IN CONNECTION WITH ANY AUCTION WEBSITE OR ONLINE MARKETPLACE, INCLUDING EBAY, AMAZON, OR ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATES’ WEBSITES.
The trademarks of third parties may also appear on the Site from time to time; you may not use these trademarks without prior written permission of their respective owners. You acknowledge and agree that nothing on the Site grants, expressly or implicitly, by estoppel or otherwise, any right or license to use any of these trademarks, nor may anything be construed to mean that we have authority to grant any right or license on behalf of any third-party trademark owner.

The type of Reward Points, number of Reward Points earned, and the redemption value of Reward Points and any restrictions on the use of Reward Points, are issued at Eiotclub’s sole discretion to the fullest extent of the law. Any Reward Points received can be used only through your registered account. Future availability of any product or service subject to Reward Points is not guaranteed and such products and services may change without notice to you.
You acknowledge that, even if certain Reward Points are used, you may still need to pay for any remaining balance or additional costs or fees for any product or service you purchase using Reward Points. Any remaining balance on the purchase amount for a given product or service after Reward Points are fully applied is your sole responsibility.
• Reward Points are only valid for use with products and services offered through the Service and are void where prohibited or restricted by law. Reward Points are promotional in nature and are not legal tender. Reward Points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, have no value, and cannot be used for cash back or sold.
Eiotclub reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or modify the Program, in whole or in part, at any time, without notice or further obligation to you, including without limitation by modifying the Royalty Points or how they are earned. Eiotclub also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your participation in the Services, including the Program, at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, including, without limitation, if Eiotclub deems or suspects any violation of these Terms, cheating, fraud, or tampering with the operation of our Program.
SECTION 16 – AFFILIATES PROGRAM
We may offer you and other qualifying users the ability to earn a paid commission in connection to referrals made under our affiliates program (the “Affiliates Program”). By participating in the Affiliates Program, you acknowledge that, in addition to these Terms, you are agreeing to additional terms specific to the Affiliates Program. Accordingly, it is important that you read and comply with our Affiliates Program terms, found here. Acceptance to the Affiliates Program does not create an exclusive agreement between you and us.
